PEER-TO-PEER SUPPORT
FSO-PC employs Family Support Partners (who are caregivers/parents of children emotionally or behaviorally challenged) who offer assistance and support to families enrolled with Circle of Care (Passaic County's Care Management Organization).

FSO-PC provides forums, workshops, guest speakers and other special events that inform and empower families about their role in the parent/professional partnership
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
FSO-PC develops and maintains its presence with our local legislators, schools, and businesses to gain their support, to provide information, and to recruit volunteers and donations for the family and children with emotional & behavioral challenges.
YOUTH PARTNERSHIP
The FSO-PC works directly with youth ages 14-21 who have been involved with the mental health, juvenile justice, or child welfare system. Youth Partnership provides a forum to share their experiences. The Youth Partnership members are committed to making a difference through community
